This tea is a lightly oxidized oolong using older leaves to give it a rich mouth feel and a floral aroma. It is similar to a tie guan yin. This tea has flavor notes of brown sugar, jasmine, and sugar snap peas. Its sister tea, Delta Oolong, won a silver medal in 2018 in Global Tea Championship.
