This one is his Alishan High Mountain Rolled Black Tea grown near Dabang village - a jinxuan varietal rolled like a high mountain oolong and roasted like a black tea. Delightful! Slightly sweet, some malt, some mineral, some raisin and a silky mouth feel. Our teas are vacuum packed at the source and black teas have great staying power so this lot will last you for a long time and will even get better over the next couple years.
