Ingredients: Peppermint, spearmint, honeybush, camomile, hibiscus, calendula petals, rose and osmanthus petals. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 4-10 minutes.
