Good for anytime of day when you want relaxation without sleep and one of the best blends for headaches. Caffeine Level: No Caffeine. Origin: USA. Ingredients: Lavender and peppermint. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 4-10 minutes.
