Overview
This wonderful first flush, certified organic fukamushi sencha tea from Kagoshima has an aroma of sweet wet grass, a mildly bitter, rich vegetal flavour, a smooth mouthfeel with a hint of umami and a refreshing, smooth finish. The longer steaming process creates broken, finer leaves that promotes quick infusion resulting in a deep green colour, high nutrient content and a rich, mellow flavour as well as making this tea easy and quick to brew as well as excellent for cold-brewing.
