Overview
A medium-bodied cup with a mouthfeel like honey. The character of plum skins and licorice have a quiet, yet satisfying stamina. It finishes with the soft, aromatic briskness of lilacs and sea salt. A FBOP leaf grade produced December 25, 2024 through January 2, 2025 by Sumith Jayasundara at the Delmar Estate in the Udapussellawa region of Sri Lanka. It’s a two leaf and a bud pick of 60% seedling and 40% cultivar plants growing at 5,000 feet. Ingredients: black tea Steeping Instructions 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.
