Overview
A decaffeinated version of traditional Earl Grey made from Ceylon black tea infused with bergamot. Earl Grey tea is one of the most popular teas in the world. The tea is named after Earl Charles Grey, British prime minister from 1830 through 1834. Traditionally, the term “Earl Grey” has applied only to black teas that contain oil of bergamot as a flavoring. Today’s, there are many varieties of the tea with different tea bases such as green tea, white tea, and rooibos, as well as the traditional form with added ingredients such as vanilla, lavender, jasmine, and orange peels. Ingredients: Ceylon black tea, orange peels, bergamot Steeping Suggestion: Use 1 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 3-4 minutes in 205 °F water
