Overview
This special botanical flower comes from Petchabun, Thailand and has been commonly drunk for centuries in South East Asia. The brew is delicate in flavor with a medium body however it is the color of the brew that makes this such a unique product. The initial infusion yields a radiant rich blue which transforms into a magenta purple with the introduction of citrus, a natural reaction to the change in PH. We suggest adding a little honey to complete the beverage. BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: SCOOP | 5-10 blossoms per 8oz water POUR | Boiling water over leaves STEEP | 4-5 min Steeping instructions are a starting point for how to make this tea. We encourage you to play around with the tea quantity or steeping time to customize the brew for your taste.
