Overview
Style: OolongOrigin: AnXi Region, Fujian Province, ChinaDescription: Fujian province is considered to be the birthplace of Oolong tea. From the An Xi county in southern Fujian province, this Limited Edition Ti Kwan Yin Oolong is named for a legend that monkeys were once trained to pick the highest quality leaves from the tops of the tall, wild tea trees. The leaves unfurl slowly during steeping, allowing a sustained release of exquisite, fresh flavour and floral aroma during several steeps. Tasting Notes: The aroma of this Oolong is exquisite - toasty warm, and wonderfully sweet with deep, fresh summer floral notes. The first steep yields a clear chartreuse liqueur, and a mild, sweet mineral mouth with creamy qualities. Brewing Instructions: 3g per cup. Rinse leaves with boiling water briefly and pour the water off. 90-95ºC water. Steep 2 minutes. Re-steep. * This Oolong can offer 5 - 7 steeps if the water is drained completely from the leaves between each steep. *
