Overview
Oolong Teas are grown in the mountains of Taiwan. After the tea is plucked the leaves are half fermented and then wilted in the sun. Frequent turning of the leaves allows the Oolong to develop a large curled leaf and and a spicy flowery taste. The orange oil is added to create a delightful cup of tea. This half-fermented tea offers a special taste experience- enchanting you with its soft, flowery aroma and natural orange flavour. Brew for 2-3 minutes. Water temperature: 80-90 degrees C. Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons per litre of water.
