Okuju represents a new milestone in Kettl’s work at origin—our first fully custom matcha. Produced in collaboration with one of our most trusted partners in Uji, Okuju Matcha is based on 100% Okumidori tencha that is gently fired to impart a subtle, nutty perfume. A clean, supple mouthfeel and soaring sweetness come together to create a luxurious experience—equally compelling as a hot latte, sparkling matcha, or iced shot.
