Alpine Winter Oolong The fourth 2025 addition to our new series of 'Alpine' teas from the same organic garden on Chi Lai Shan, this one is its Winter Pick! Smooth and soft vegetals with a wild flower florals make this classic winter picked high mountain oolong a great deal for the price we were able to get it at. It isn't our style to pocket the difference so we are happy to offer this wonderful winter picked tea at such a great price! We have enjoyed the teas from this garden and we hope you do as well. Elevation: 1300m Status: Certified Organic Cultivar: Qinxin Oxidization: 20% Season: October 2025 Method: Hand picked, processed on site, very small batch Region: Chi Lai, Nantou Recommend Brewing Style: Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan.
