Earthy, woody note accompanied with a subtle savoury palate. To some people’s noses, it harkens to being on the ocean. Used to aid digestion after a heavy meal. Aged 3 years. Ingredient (organic): Chinese fermented Black tea Origin: Yunnan, China Caffeine Content: Medium Water Temperature: 95c/203f Steep Time: 3-5 minutes One teaspoon per 8 ozs water “I use this tea after meals to help perk me up as well as settle my stomach.
