This is the same tea, from the same producer, as our Zhejiang Green— just with a new name: it’s a round, full-flavored Chinese green tea with a classic nutty and vegetal taste. Produced in southern Zhejiang Province, this area has a long tradition of making tea; this lot, from a local small leaf cultivar, was grown organically and processed using hot air instead of just pan-firing.
