Overview
We're hoping to source a new lot, but there is no guarantee. The aromatic magic of late summer nights when the fruits and flowers are forever in bloom. The light-bodied cup from these pretty dark leaves is unexpected, but the heavy, ripe sweetness and spice make memories. A must-have for the serious collection. This “Bai Hao” style tea was produced June 10-11, 2023 and roasted 30 days later by Mr. Peng Anyuan in Neiyang Village, Sanming City, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, one leaf pick of the Jin Xuan cultivar growing at approximately 3,800 feet. Bai Hao is typically known as a Taiwanese style oolong and the Jin Xuan cultivar originated in Taiwan. Taiwan and China’s Fujian Province share much in terms techniques, cultivars, and growing conditions due to their close geographical proximity.
