Overview
We're hoping to source a new lot in the future, but there is no guarantee. In the meantime, check out some similar teas below. This tea seems to float in mid-air. Light in body with a buoyant aroma. Brown sugar and roses in the cup. No jagged edges or harsh words. High class and convincing. Produced April 4-5, 2022 by Mr. Lin Zheng Jin in Tanyang county of Fuan City of Fujian Province. It’s from a 1 bud, 1 leaf pick of the Jin Mu Dan cultivar growing at 1,900 feet. Jin Mu Dan is one of the many cultivars arising out of hybridizing of Tieguanyin and Huang Jin Gui cultivars, the two most popular in Anxi County, Fujian. The sweet floral quality is enhanced by the application of the “shaking” technique, which is standard for oolong tea, but rare in black tea.
