Overview
Our Type C Tie Guan Yin is processed with an emphasis on traditional style tieguanyin oolong processing. There is a heavier oxidation than is typically found in the broader market. The type of oolong that demands attention from steep to steep, from pitcher to cup to lid. You can whittle away an hour smelling your way through the aromas that leap out during the rinse or that linger in your mouth and throat after each sip. Sweet and thick with flowers and fruit, this tea has a sticky mouthfeel and a dense array of flavors and fragrances for you to decipher. Each purchase is for roughly 7-8 grams of tea. (each bag will vary by .x grams or so)
