Overview
weight: 1.6oz (16 pyramid sachets)origin: Taiwan Jasmine tea gained popularity for the first time in mid 20th century as a Chinese export. Yin Hao starts with a fine green tea, then scented with Jasmine flowers five times for the best quality. The name translates as “silver tipped” for the white hair on the leaves. This very fine, yet affordable tea, is hand-picked - one bud, one leaf - in the spring. It is processed as green tea, then allowed to rest until July. The floral fragrance is superb. The tea has a beautiful golden jade tint, and the taste remarkably refreshing with a lingering natural sweetness.
