A premium production from Haiwan "Pure Amber" refers to the pure, clear amber colored tea soup that results from brewing this fine tea. Haiwan tea factory selected only the highest quality Menghai area tea leaves for fermentation. After fermentation was completed the leaves were graded and then blended together in an average grade of 3 (both small and bigger leaves are contained within the recipe) and pressed into these lovely tea cakes.
