The leaves are very fine and for this reason I use a single use paper filter, not a metal or reusable filter or strainer. The dry leaves have a distinct, not overly strong, and quite pleasing aroma, but I can’t put a name to it. I was surprised to find the wet leaves had less aroma. I brew my cup of tea for three minutes. It is a lovely warm amber colour and very clear; the aroma is there but very faint; without milk, the tea has a medium mouth feel, it is not a heavy or full-bodied feel but it is certainly not a thin feel. For me, it has a bit of a tart taste to start but finishes with a very nice mellowness – if there is such a word." Rosemary, customer since 2010 (our very first customer ever)
