Harvested by hand in early spring, the farmer selects only the finest silvery tips, which are then expertly blended with top-grade spring jasmine flowers. This careful process infuses the leaves with the natural, delicate fragrance of the blossoms. The result is a refreshing tea with a sweet flavor and a captivating floral aroma. Due to the tenderness of the tips, we suggest brewing at a lower temperature—ideally between 65ºC and 75ºC (149ºF to 167ºF)—to preserve its delicate qualities and ensure the best experience.
