Overview
Style: Black Origin: Blended at Westholme Ingredients: Organic Black Pekoe Teas from Sri Lanka and China, Pure Vanilla Bean Description: We have brought together some of China and Sri Lanka’s finest black teas. This blend together a different combination of high quality whole leaf black teas, which we have carefully selected for both pairing with each-other and with the very same ratio of pure vanilla beans as our previous recipe. Black Cream is the epitome of a smooth blend. The warm, slightly toasty notes of the Chinese black tea pair wonderfully with the fresh and fruity notes of the Sri Lankan tea. These are mixed with pure vanilla bean, resulting in a naturally sweet, rich cup with notes of toasted cocoa and an incredibly smooth, creamy finish. A warm and comforting, aromatic and naturally sweet black tea. Tasting Notes: The creaminess of the pure vanilla bean is immediately perceptible in the aroma, paired with malted notes that combine into a scent reminiscent of fresh nutmeg. This natural sweetness rounds the crisp, refreshing notes of the Ceylon tea and the earthy cinnamon tones of the Yunnan tea on the palate - the astringency of even a strong steep is partially curbed by the vanilla bean. A wonderful cup, with or without milk, and an excellent way to enjoy a black tea without adding sweetener. Brewing Instructions: Shake your tea gently to redistribute vanilla. 2g per cup. 100ºC water. Steep 3-5 minutes. Organic
