This 2025 single estate, first flush, single origin cultivar (Tsuyuhikari) sencha is unique and limited in supply. It has a savoury mineral aroma and a creamy vegetal flavour similar to gyokuro with a smooth light umami finish. Packaging options explained Description Cultivar: Tsuyuhikari Region: Hoshino Seicha-en, Fukuoka Prefecture 60 g To make hot tea Tea: 7 g or 1 tbsp Water: 250-300 mL at 70-80 °C Steep: 1-1.5 min.
