Harvested and produced April 13, 2025 and finished roasting May 25, 2025. It was produced by Mr. Huang Yuan Cai on Wudon Mountain of Chaozhou City in Guangdong Province. It’s a three leaf and one bud pick of the Song cultivar growing at approximately 3,000 feet. “Song” here is a reference to the Chinese Song Dynasty of 960 to 1279. Ingredients: oolong tea Steeping Instructions 4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 4 min.
