Overview
Style: Green Origin: Fujian Province, China Description: Fujian Province is home to China’s finest jasmine teas. The green tea destined to become jasmine tea is harvested early spring, then processed and stored until summer arrives and the jasmine vines start to blossom. Jasmine Golden Dragon combines a delicate, smooth green tea with the perfect amount of jasmine for a well-balanced cup. This tea is soft in its steep, yet flavourful, resulting in an elegant cup with an attractive lingering bouquet and a gentle astringency. Tasting Notes: A fine balance between the bouquet offered by the jasmine blossom and the grassy, fresh notes of green tea. Flavourful and soft on the palate, especially with a shorter steep time. A gentle, astringent build finishes with lingering floral freshness. Brewing Instructions: 2g per cup. 90ºC water. Steep 2 - 3 minutes. Re-steep. Organic
