Overview
This “green” Dan Cong has the penetrating aromatics of cedar and barely ripe grapefruit. The body is light, but the mouthfeel has a divine potency that will reward skilled hands. Its tenacious character is well suited for many steepings. Harvested and produced October 20, 2024 and roasted April 2, 2025 by Mr. Cai Man Fen in Guihu Town, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Da Wu Ye cultivar growing at 2,200 feet. Ingredients: oolong tea Steeping Instructions 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 3 min.
