An additional note on mugwort: while this herb is safe, legal, and not psychoactive, some people have a strong reaction and will find themselves in mental distress. If you are not sure of your body’s reaction to mugwort, start with one lightly brewed cup and work your way up in strength until you reach your desired result. Ingredients: Cacao nib, linden, mugwort, lemon verbena, lavender 0mg of caffeine per cup To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 185°F or 85°C and allow to steep for at least two minutes. Stronger infusions (5-7 minutes) will yield more benefit. Blend by Friday
