Overview
Lapsang Souchong tea leaves are traditionally dried over pinewood fires to give it the distinctive aroma of smoke, reminiscent of the smell of winter nights by the fireplace. This tea originally from China is absolutely unique in its type and can be used for cooking to add smokiness to your dishes. Brew for 2-4min at 100°C. Use ~1 tsp (2g) for one cup. Ingredients: Lapsang Souchong tea leaves.
