Uva Highlands is a high-grown Ceylon Pekoe from Sri Lanka's eastern slopes, where the famous highland winds strip moisture from the leaves and concentrate their character. The result is a brisk, intense black tea with a cooling wintergreen note. In fact, it’s the same compound, methyl salicylate, that gives mint its kick.
