"Good to the last drop" This Japanese Sencha is a thick, umami forward tea with a complex aroma and flavour profile you can get lost in. Both sweet and fresh as well as savoury with a slightly darker profile from its deep steam, this is a beautiful example of the depth of Uji Sencha.
