The creator of New Craft Ruby White (and our previous Iron Goddess Black), Mr. Lin, is a curious man. Though this particular style has existed since the late 60’s, his expertise transformed the beloved black tea Ruby 18 cultivar into a powdered sugar-soft white tea with long-lingering hui gan.
