Origin: Herbs and spices from many different countries. Ingredients: Hawthorn Leaves, camomile, lemongrass, spearmint, lemon balm, dried elderberries and raisins, hibiscus petals, astragalus powder and natural flavouring Steeping Suggestions: 1 teaspoon (3g) per 6oz cup of water, 100°C (212°F) for 3-10 minutes.
