A new blend this spring, our 2025 Symbols of a Crime is a succulent and strong heavy hitter. Fleeting bitterness that leaves a wake of heavy huigan behind in the mouth. [returning sweetness] Punchy fragrance, this blend can be brewed on the light side to accentuate it's subtlety or pushed for a full strength experience. Pressed in 2025. Each cake is 200g. The cakes are wrapped in bamboo leaf tongs, with five cakes per tong.
