Drink it before bed or anytime of the day. Note, this is a 3oz bag of tea! Flavor profile: This tea has a lovely warm Pomegranate flavor. When brewed correctly, you will get little to no earthy notes. Ingredients: Honeybush (Africa) Lions Mane Powder (USA) Shiitake Powder (USA) Turkeytail Powder (USA) Cordyceps Powder (USA) Reishi Powder (USA) Pomegranate Powder (USA) Tea Making Directions: 1tsp per 8oz boiling water, steep 10 minutes.
