This tea uses whole tea buds grown between the Yangtze River and the Yellow Mountains. The non-astringent and roasty flavor is on par with unsweetened cocoa. Perfect for gong fu brewing style. Steeping Suggestion: Use 1 tsp/ 8oz cup. Steep 3-4 minutes in 205 °F water
