Bangdong is pretty remote, it's a lot of work to get there. We're excited to be able to offer tea from this amazing garden yet again. This material impresses us year after year. This leaf is from the same garden that our Moon Princess cakes come from. This tea has melon, berry, and cane sugar aromas. There are plenty of stonefruit flavors. There is a complexity that builds on the solid body. This tea is crisp with a pleasant astringency. It is are from a single garden and remains unblended and processed individually. This tea was aged loose for a year before getting pressed. The extra time aging as loose material gives the tea a nice head start. We pressed very few of these cakes and will not be able to offer samples. Brewing Instructions Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
