A perfect tea to settle the stomach after a meal or aid all aspects of digestive function at any time of day. With a combination of liquorice root, fennel and mint it helps balance the nervous system and promotes regularity. Caffeine Level: No Caffeine. Origin: Herbs and spices from a variety of countries including the USA, Thailand and China. Ingredients : Liquorice, cinnamon, aniseed, ginger, dandelion root, fennel, cardamom, caraway seeds, tulsi, black pepper, cloves, lemongrass, peppermint, gingko leaves, rosehip, watercress. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon of tea (3g) per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 4-8 minutes.
