This tea is designed to support the respiratory system and soothe mucous membranes. It is naturally sweet and has a lemony taste. Turmeric, liquorice and fennel are considered excellent tonics for sore throat relief. Caffeine Level: No Caffeine. Country of origin: A blend of herbs and spices from various different countries Ingredients : Liquorice fennel, cinnamon, orange peel, ginger, thyme, marshmallow root, mullein, cardamom, black peppercorns, turmeric root and natural flavours. Steeping Suggestions: Use one teaspoon (3g) of tea per 6oz cup of water. Steep at 100°C (212°F) for 4-10 minutes.
