This tea’s name says it all, as this organic certified Simao green tea delivers a noticeable fried bean fragrance that makes it quite unique. While this fragrance is noticeable in the soup, there is also a prominent sugary sweetness. The lid also gives off an extremely sweet and fragrant scent. This year’s tea particularly impressed us with a milky quality and great texture. A burnt sugar scent is left behind in the cup, while the spent leaves have almost a passionfruit-like aroma.
