As far as single origin shou puerh goes this is some of the best we've ever had. It brews so clean and clear with dark amber hues. The aroma spans from marzipan to fresh boiled potatoes. It drinks super smooth and sweet with a mouthfeel like warm chocolate milk. This is a very satisfying shou puerh that is a very easy drinker. This is a 200g cake. Brewing Instructions Use 5-10 grams of leaves and brew with 75-150ml ( 2.5-5oz ) of water at or near boiling. Rinse once for a few seconds. Start with quick steeps under 10s. With each re-steep adjust the steep time to your taste.
