Ingredients: Organic hibiscus flowers, organic honeybush tea, organic rosehips, organic lemongrass, organic spearmint leaf, organic orange peel, and organic rose petals. Directions: Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug.
