Yinfeng is an oolong tea from the Fujian province of China.Yinfeng is a lesser known varietal of yancha [rock oolong]. It's full name is Silver Phoenix 121 and it bears a similarity to the Dancong milan xiang (honey orchid fragrance) varietal. Some elders in the areas around Wuyi think that it was brought over from Guangdong. Fans of dancong will find a lot of similarities in the floral honey character melded with classic Wuyi yancha oolong processing. Each purchase is for 25 grams of tea.
