Entirely Wu Liang Mountain area tea from certified organic tea gardens. This cake is called "Di Fu" 地氟 (low fluoride) as it was tested by Zu Xiang Tea Factory for fluoride content and was found to be below 300mg/kg (less than 300 parts per million). Just like other Zu Xiang productions this is a tasty ripe pu-erh tea that will age gracefully as time passes! Thick cacao bitter meets earthy mushroom broth sweetness with hints of dried fruit makes this a sure bet for those who are seeking a tasty ripe pu-erh that is certified organic! This is a larger leaf blend as compared to the tippier 357 Gram cake available here ! 888 Grams per brick
