We've been working with him for eight years now, he is truly passionate about black tea processing. Sinc ehe bought a shaking machine, he loves to give an oolong edge to his black teas. The very early Spring material is suitable for that style because the leaves have more power than later in the season. This is a Yunnan black tea, but not exactly a classic one, the shaking process and low oxidation gives this tea more bite, at the expense of sweetness. An exciting tea for a morning cup.
