Qian Jia Shan (lit. Thousand Home Mountain 千家山) is a small village in the northern part of Jinggu county in Simao prefecture. Being a high altitude area (at 1900 meters) gives this tea a very strong taste and aroma. It is at once cooling and sweet, with a long-lasting mouth-feel and strong cha qi. Harvested from 100-200 year old wild growing tea trees! 357 grams per cake (7 cakes per bamboo leaf tong) 50kg in total produced (140 cakes) April 2021 Harvested Tea Wrapper Illustration by Анна Володько Previous productions from Qian Jia Shan: 2019 Yunnan Sourcing "Autumn Qian Jia Shan" Raw Pu-erh Tea Cake 2019 Yunnan Sourcing "Qian Jia Shan" Raw Pu-erh Tea Cake 2020 Yunnan Sourcing "Qian Jia Shan" Raw Pu-erh Tea Cake This tea has been tested in a certified laboratory for 404 pesticides, and is within the EU MRL limits set for those 404 pesticide residues.
