This tea brick is made by a small Shaanxi tea factory that specializes in just making Fu Brick with golden flowers (eurotium cristatum). This tea is unique in that the raw material used is pure large leaf assamica (same as is used to press pu-erh tea), and harvested in Lincang (Yunnan) in 2019! In 2019 tea was processed using Jingyang Fu's special technique and then aged (in brick form) before being packaged for resale in 2024. The taste of this tea is fruity, sweet, and grain-like. It's something like black tea, aged sheng, and aged white tea all-in-one! 500 Grams per brick ALLERGEN ALERT!!! ** Because there is a possibility the golden flowers were inoculated using wheat flour we cannot guarantee this tea is safe for those with Celiac Disease or those that have severe gluten induced allergies **
