Without expecting to add another Yiwu tea for 2019, this tea changed our plans fairly quickly. As someone who has been sourcing around Yiwu long before our days said, this tea is reminiscent of how the “old Yiwu” flavour used to be. Made from old tree Lao Jie material, this tea has a great lasting fragrance, pleasant huigan, and pleasing price to match. It’s an excellent choice for those looking to step up their puer game from the budget level, but still without the bank account-draining effect of premium teas. Picking period: Pre-April 4 $0.31/gram
