These teas are produced in small quantities and are rarely available.We invite you to enjoy and compare the delicate flavors of these special teas. How to serve for 2 cups Allow the boiled water to cool to 60–70°C (140–158°F). Place 5 g (0.17oz) of tea leaves into a kyusu teapot and add 60 ml (2oz) of the water from Step 1. Steep for 1 minute, then pour evenly into cups, making sure to pour out every last drop.
