Tip: start at ~95°C, then adjust down 3–5°C if it turns sharp.
The green tea leaves that become these pearls are a high quality bud heavy picking harvested in Fujian province in the Spring. The jasmine flowers are then harvested fresh in Guangxi in the Summer and used to scent the leaves in the traditional, labor intensive fashion with five sets of jasmine flowers used to slowly drive the flavor deep into the tea leaf. This provides a rich jasmine taste that lasts for many infusions. Try brewing this tea in glass to provide a beautiful visual experience to accompany a delicious tea. Harvest: 2025
