This year we went all out to make a unique ripe blend! We blended 8 different teas from several regions and wet pile batches to create a complex and tasty ripe pu-erh that is worthy of aging! There are many leaf grades including gong ting, and grades 1 through 5 all blended together to create something full-bodied and long lasting. This is also one of those ripes that will show many sides of itself as the session goes on. A bit stronger and more potent than the "Year of the Ox" cake.
